5. Payment Terms

We accept T/T bank transfer, PayPal, and Western Union. Standard payment terms are agreed upon in the official quotation for each order.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide by DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT express (door-to-door), as well as air freight and sea freight for heavy or bulk goods. Shipping costs are quoted separately based on weight, volume, and destination country. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Warranty and Returns

  • Original brand-new products follow the manufacturer’s official warranty.
  • Alternative replacement parts carry a 12-month warranty from the date of shipment.
  • Warranty does not cover man-made damage, incorrect installation, or wear and tear caused by the working environment.
  • Please inspect goods upon receipt. Report defective items with photos or short videos within 7 working days after arrival; we will arrange a replacement or solution after verification.

8. Limitation of Liability
